As one of the designated Centers of Excellence across the state, Gateway Rehab is one of the only centers to provide community-based support for treatment and non-treatment needs as well as case management.

Anyone who is diagnosed with an opioid use disorder and is uninsured or receiving medical assistance. A person does not have to be receiving treatment from Gateway Rehab.
